Shipping Policy

At Galactic Goods, we work hard to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within approximately 3–6 business days after your order is placed.

Priority Shipping orders are prioritized and moved to the front of our processing queue to help ensure faster dispatch times.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, severe weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing and shipping times may be delayed.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we may contact you via email.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows (unless otherwise stated on the product page) :

FREE Standard Shipping & Priority Shipping

Estimated delivery: approximately 6–20 business days.

Fast Shipping

Estimated delivery: approximately 3–12 business days.

Fast Shipping is not available for all products. If available, the option will appear at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. Some countries, such as the United States and United Kingdom, may experience faster delivery times, while others, such as Canada or Turkey, may experience longer transit times.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin after processing/handling time has been completed.

* Our team does not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by the USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, or any other courier.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation, as courier systems may require time to scan and update tracking events.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Galactic Goods is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, import inspections, local postal disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Galactic Goods is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Galactic Goods is not liable for packages lost, stolen, delayed, misplaced, or damaged during transit.

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, the order is considered fulfilled and successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

At that point, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Galactic Goods is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after confirmed delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location and mailbox

  • Checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or reception staff

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation or claim

Customers may contact us if assistance is needed locating carrier contact information; however, customers are responsible for filing claims or disputes directly with the shipping courier.

If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Any shipping-related issues, including missing, damaged, or incorrect items, must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
